| Baojixia irrigation project is the most important one in Shannxi province. It hadplayed an important role on solving the arid problem and improving the human life inthe Weibei plateau area in the last 20 years. But the shortage problem is still serious inthis irrigation area.Aimed at the operating status of Baojixia irrigation system, we advance twoways to solve the problems. Namely, we should develop and utilize the existing waterresources on the one hand and should discuss a new reservoir on the other hand inorder to maximize the total benefit of this water resources project.In this paper, we layout to develop the Xiaoshuihe River, a branch of Wei Riverand to plan the new reservoir based on the present project operation status and watershortage situation. Especially, due to the the studying of the correlative theory,modelsand methods of system analysis, the liner programming mathematics model is takenas the basis of the conjunctive operation of multi-reservoirs. Then, we can analyze thecalculated results and obtain the appropriate parameters of the Xiaoshuihe reservoir.At the last, we verify the results of the planning and operating with the economyassessment,finance assessment and fuzzy synthesis assessment. It shows that theXiaoshuihe reservoir is reasonable in theory and feasible in economy and finance. |
