In order to satisfy the requirement of harvesting in mountain and hilly areas, also considering that the ownership of hand tractor in China is large, Henan University of Science and Tecnologia has designed a micro-combine which is fixed to 10-12 horsepower hand tractor, to relax farm's heavy works. Its characteristic is small, flexible operation, easy to climb over narrow groove and abrupt slope. But it still has some problem such as blocking in cleaning and seperating part, high losing while cleaning, and bad effect after cleaning; the whole machine's stability lows and and the operator's environment becomes worse and there is more serious viberation and noise while a high speed of fan is determined to satisfy cleaning. This article, through researching on the affects of fan's blade number and blade shape and fan's rotation speed on the cleaning effect, has compared dynamic pressure near by exhaust inlet while 3, 6, 9, 12 blades are fixed, and while different kinds such as straight blade and bending type of blade are fixed to the fan; also optimized system's structure and kinematic parameters by using versatile regressive rotary compound experimental method to test on the rotation speed of winnower and new fan's rotation speed and height of the cyclone separator, using test data processing software application DPS to calculate the fitting equation, which can reflect the influence of such factors on cleaning rate and losing rate. The result shows that the new designed micro-combine cleaning and seperating system has resolved aforesaid problems, and enhanced the stability of complete machine, which is useful to extend this kind of machine and be practically operated.
