| Today, mainframe or medium wheat combine harvesters have adapted well to the plain. Minitype, however, which can be used in foothill, is requested urgently. For micro-combine harvester, because of some general problems of its cleaning units, such as larger impurity rate and loss rate etc, it is still difficult that this product really brought about marketing. Based on the background mentioned above, cleaning units of cyclone separator type was suggested that it might be matched to micro-combine harvester due to its merit of simple construction and stable cleaning capability etc, but in short of matching parameters. In the present paper, the model of performance standard of cleaning units was established including both cleaning rate of seed and loss rate of cleaning, single factor experiment and regression experiment were completed in terms of several parameters, such as cleaning separator's diameter, catching impurity pipe's diameter, seed exit's diameter, separator's height, catching impurity pipe's length, catching impurity fan's rotate speed, winnower's rotate speed. According to the model and experiments, optimal configuration and movement parameters were obtained by optimization methods, and the influences of these parameters on cleaning performance were analyzed, which provided some design foundation for cleaning units of cyclone separator type matching to micro-combine harvester. |
