In the rice growing areas of north China, the land is flat and the planting area is concentrated, the large and medium grain combine harvester can meet the requirements of the operation, so the apply is more common. However, it's unable to adapt to the the deep mud and small area working environment due to the mountains and hilly area in China's large land area of central and southern.So.there is an urgent need to develop a small volume, flexible operation, high efficiency of small combine harvesters.Cyclone separating cleaning system,which has simple structure, stable and reliable work, is the current application in small combine harvester cleaning device, but there are still many defect,such as cleaning power loss,blocking cleaning system for heavy and wet material.In this paper, this paper designs a kind of cleaning device based on the traditional small grain combine harvester,which is a combination of cyclone separator and separation unit.Through the movement of gas solid particles in the separation cylinder, the suspension velocity of different particle size and density were obtained, and the loss of cleaning pressure was determined; Based on the physical characteristics of the threshing mixture,the structural and parameter design of the cyclone separating device's main working parts were conducted;Through self cleaning test bench, with winnower gettering speed, fan speed, height of separation component from the entrance test parameters, grain cleaning rate and cleaning loss rate as the performance index, using the regression analysis method to establish the model of the cleaning system, the optimization of parameters:winnowing device speed 1112r/min,gettering fan speed 2247r/min, separate components from the entrance height 68mm, to predict the grain cleaning rate was 99.36%, cleaning loss rate was 0.082%; By changing the cleaning feeding quantity, cleaning material impurity rate conditions, the optimal parameters under cleaning system suitability test to determine the feeding amount in 0.25kg/s and below containing impurity rate at 7% is better; In the cyclone separation and cleaning device, there is no separation of components, materials, radial cut to the feeding way of contrast test, it is concluded that the separation cylinder in installation of separating component and material to entering the separation cylinder can effectively reduce the cleaning loss and improve the cleaning efficiency, has important significance to reduce the production cost.
