Medicinal plants application has a long history in China, many of the proprietary Chinese medicine has become a hot consumer, but due to the growth of wild medicinal resources are unique, as well as the unstable quality of cultivated varieties, which limit the rapid industrialization of medicinal plants development, and also led to the depletion of wild medicinal plants resources. However, biotechnology showed a wide range of applications of traditional medicine. Capparis spinosa L. is Cabbage Flower Branch Capparis species, mainly distribution is in Spain, the Mediterranean Bay area, in our country, Xinjiang, Gansu, Tibet and other places have also widely distributed. Capparis spinosa L. with a developed root system and the xylem, can efficient use of groundwater resources is considered one of typical desert plants. Capparis spinosa L. contain volatile oil, alkaloids, flavonoids category terpenoid, such as medicinal ingredients and antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-high blood pressure etc. This paper is based on the anatomy botany structure of Capparis spinosa L and its propagation characteristics in-depth study. In this paper, the use of paraffin sections of Capparis spinosa L with roots, stems and leaves were observed on plant anatomy, and further its position as a know xerophyte typical characteristic. At the same time, we fought the highest rate of seed germination through concentrated sulfuric acid and gibberellin treatment of different proportions to determine the optimal soaking conditions, that is, concentrated sulfuric acid etching 70 minutes, gibberellin concentration of 700 mg / L. In addition, we researched the effects of different growth regulators on bud induction and rooting of proliferation. The results showed that the optimal bud induction medium for adventitious bud induction of aseptic plant:MS + 2.0 mg / L 6-BA + 0.1 mg / L IAA, in which the proliferation rate is 5 times. We studied the anatomy of Capparis spinosa L., organizational culture and rapid propagation and transplanting, this is a preliminary understanding of the expectations for an in-depth study of Capparis spinosa L. We hope this research is foundation for seting up and perfect the rapid propagation system of Capparis spinosa L. |
