| The 21st century is a century of urbanization, when the city construction and development is rapid in the extreme, however, the ecological problems that ensued, such as population expansion, traffic jam, and environmental deterioration etc. have become the tough issues faced with the city sustainable development. The construction of the ecological landscape city urges to keep ecological balance, beautify the environment, and reduce ecological disasters, suggests acting as circumstances permit and planting trees in the suitable land, pursues the harmony between mankind and nature, and prompts the Yong'an city to develop towards the healthy direction, which makes it become the trend and focus of modern city construction and development. With the multi-disciplinary theories of ecology, landscape art, and ecosystem health and so on, the construction of ecological landscape city in Yong'an was preliminarily discussed in this paper by extensively referring to foreign and domestic literature, and three main conclusions were reached, as follows:(1)On the basis of the detailed account of the connotation, characteristics and theoretical basis of the ecological landscape city, the advantages to develop Yong'an into ecological landscape city were analyzed, and the conclusions were that Yong'an did possess six advantages—the construction pattern of Greenland, road afforestaion, the residential districts afforestation, production Greenland, environmental protection and policy, which paved the substantial way for the construction of ecological landscape city in Yong'an.(2) The city ecosystem health evaluation model in line with both the distance index and harmonizing index was constructed, the evaluation standards and index system involved with natural system, economic system and social system were raised, and the ecosystem health of Yong'an city was evaluated. The results showed that the health index of Yong'an city ecosystem was 0.750, which was close to health level. The health level of natural system was the best of the sub-systems, and its health index was up to 0.808 which showed that natural system was healthy. The health index of economic system was 0.790, and social system 0.646, both of which were in the state of sub-health. The distance and harmonizing index were markedly deficient in complex system and sub-systems as well, and the distance and harmonizing index in complex system were respectively 0.672,0.967, as for in sub-systems of natural system, economic system and social system, they were respectively 0.738 and 0.997,0.740 and 0.920,0.538 and 0.990. Thus, the key domain of the ecological planning and construction of Yong'an city for now was to strengthen the investment and construction of social system, and the focus was to better the social system structure, and enhance its development capacity.(3) With the ecological landscape city evaluation standards enacted by the nation as the reference, the theories of city ecosystem health was introduced into the ecological landscape construction, the comprehensive evaluation index system of ecological landscape city was formed on the basis of the theories of ecosystem health, and the ecological landscape city of Yong'an was thoroughly evaluated. The results indicated that the score of Yong'an was 72.9, and Yong'an as a whole reached the benign level, which spoke positively of the ecological landscape city construction in Yong'an in recent years, however, the research results also showed that Yong'an city still left something to be desired when it became excellent ecological landscape city, especially in the construction of the fundamental facility, some indexes were far from the requirements of eligible ecological landscape city. So, effective countermeasures should be taken in the later construction of ecological landscape city in Yong'an, and restrained factors should be further improved, thus, Yong'an would be albe to develop in the direction of excellent ecological landscape city, and reach the objective of its sustainable development. |
