Camellia sinensis(L.)O.Kuntze belongs to the genus Camellia in Theaceae and is a perennial evergreen cash crop.Germplasm resources of tea tree are the material basis of tea production and the key material for tea variety innovation and life science research.About 300 state-and provincial-level varieties of tea trees have been selected according to their agronomic traits.However,the selection of eco-economic varieties of oolong tea aiming at comprehensive value has not been reported.In addition to high economic benefits,eco-economic tea varieties can also regulate the relationship with the environment and have the ecological value of tea gardens in water conservation.Therefore,in order to the sustainable development of the tea industry,it is very urgent to comprehensively evaluate the tea varieties and screen out the ecological economic varieties.Based on the evaluation results of eco-economic trees and other crops,this study adopted Delphi method to determine the indexs affecting the eco-economic varieties of oolong tea,and optimized the weights of each index by analytic hierarchy process,particle swarm optimization algorithm and entropy weight method.And an evaluation system model was builded.In order to provide reference for the evaluation method and model construction of eco-economic tea tree varieties.The main research results are as follows:1.The evaluation indexes of eco-economic varieties of oolong tea were screened.In this study,in view of the research on the selection of indicators for the evaluation of eco-economic trees and other crops,combined with the Delphi method of expert questionnaires to investigate the evaluation indicators for many times,based on the principles of index accessibility,comprehensive,etc.,a hierarchical structure model for the evaluation indicators of eco-economic varieties was established.It includes 25 secondary indexes in six aspects:ecological value,morphobiology,resistance,quality,yield and market evaluation.2.Determine the weight of evaluation indicators.The weights of indexes were calculated by AHP-PSO-entropy weight method and the order were from high to low:quality,ecological value,market evaluation,resistance,yield and morphobiological characteristics,with the weights of 0.23,0.22,0.18,0.17,0.10 and 0.10,respectively.The top 5 indexes in the ranking of comprehensive weights of secondary indexes were input-output ratio,tea green price,sensory evaluation,comprehensive evaluation index of photosynthetic efficiency and soil pH.These indexes also summarize the main tasks of eco-economic tea tree selection and highlight the target of eco-economic tea tree selection.3.Formulation of scoring criteria.According to the literature review and the results of the research and measurement,the qualitative and quantitative methods were used to give the threshold values of different key indexs,and different score values were given according to the different control scopes of each index,so as to obtain the scoring criteria of each index in the ecological economic germplasm evaluation system of oolong tea.4.Establishment of eco-economic varieties evaluation system of oolong tea.Evaluate the scores according to the index scoring standard,multiply the scores by their corresponding index weights,add them up and multiply the weights of each corresponding first-level index to build an evaluation model are as follows:A1-6=0.23、0.22、0.18、0.17、0.10、0.10。(?)The results showed that the top ten varieties were Ruixiang,Maoxie,Rougui,Huangmeigui,Dahongpao,Jinfuxing2,Fujianshuixian,Qilan,Guifuxing2 and Jinguanyin.Compared with other varieties,the characteristics of these ten tea tree varieties are stronger in adaptability,quality and resistance,and the market evaluation is higher. |
