Analysis Of The Optimum Strategy In The Marine Battle Based On Lanchester Square-law Equation

War Gaming and Simulation can be applied to the researches of the various problems of war. Such the problems of war should normally contain two sides'one or more antagonistic process, which is always ended in the damage and loss of one side. The main focus of the strategy analysis process research of the problem of war is to study the process of combat capability wastage, so the relative practical description of the antagonizing process of the combat capability and the scientific assessment of the effectiveness of combating power wastage are the most important content of war gaming and simulation, playing a vital role in its evaluation of the strategy analysis process.Through a well-known Battle of Trafalgar which was won by the few for the actual background, the paper builds the appropriate mathematical model on the basis of the Military Scenario, analyzing and solving the scenario mathematical model by the related technology in operational research, that is, non-linear integer programming, thus obtains optimal strategies from the perspective of operational research. In the meanwhile, the paper introduces the theory of Hybrid Game and gives a reasonable analysis of Hybrid Game issues in the case battle. The specific researching issues are as follows:1,The similarities and differences between the related technology of war gaming and simulation and the various types of technology, as well as the comparisons of its advantages and disadvantages.2,In response to the related operations technology of war gaming and simulation, the paper introduces the relevant technology that can be used.3,Analyzing mathematical model for operational research based on Lanchester equation to obtain the optimal strategy, analyzing and researching the outcome reasonably.4,On the base of the analysis of the antagonizing process of the combat capability we make the reasonable strategy. Based on calculation analysis we get reasonable strategy that is the event game. In the meanwhile, there has a reasonable analysis for the differential game and event game which make up of hybrid Game.This study is the analysis of the military operations of strategy research. It would be much helpful in the areas researching the military strategy analysis using the technology of the computer simulation and the computer realization in operations research. It can also play a foreshadowing role in the research of event game theory.
