A Helicopter Radar Emission Unit Structure Design

Along with constantly developing of helicopter radar technology, the transmitter physical design has put forward the higher requirements to the radar transmitter.This subject takes certain new helicopter radar transmitter physical design as the object. Thesis is based on the demands of this project. By way of theory analysis and experiment research, new technology, new method, new foundation and new parts are used in physical design. It has solved such problems:1. Through analyses and contrasts, the whole set physical design scheme of this radar transmitter is reached.2. By insulation and cooling design, it introduces how to solve the problem of high voltage insulation and high power cooling of the transmitter.3. Through rigidity and intensity design, it contents the demands of vibrancy and impact condition.4. Discuss the physical design method that this helicopter radar transmitter uses at the aspect of electromagnetism compatible and three proofing.The thoughts and methods in this thesis are significant in theory and applicable in the area of helicopter radar transmitter physical design.
