In recent years,the technological innovation of thermal power generation is changing with each passing day.Large capacity and high parameter units have been put into operation one after another.600 MW and 1000 MW units have become the main units of thermal power generation.At the same time,fault load rejection of large capacity units will have greater impact on the power grid.The unit power transmitter provides basic data for power plant and grid monitoring and control systems,which is of great importance.In recent years,due to system operation such as generator set grid connection,tripping,transformer no-load closing,power system failure,etc.and electromagnetic interference,the power transmitter output has been oscillated or even distorted,which directly leads to unit trip or automation device to exit.Studying and analyzing the problems of analog power transmitters in power plant applications,summarizing the caus'es of transmitter output distortion,proposing solutions in a targeted manner and verifying them in engineering applications to solve the distortion problems of power transmitters that have long plagued us.It is of great significance to the safe and stable operation of the power system.In this paper,the method of building simulation model and the field simulation transmitter distortion case are analyzed in detail.The defects and shortcomings of the analog power transmitter are characterized by poor transient characteristics,long response time,poor anti-interference performance and poor reliability.This paper puts forward the solution of the microcomputer transmission device,studying the software and hardware principle of the microcomputer transmission device,and demonstrates the feasibility of the program.Relying on the technical renovation project of the transmitter screen of the generator and transformer unit in large power plant,the field application of the microprocessor-based transmitter is carried out.The actual engineering application proves that the microcomputer-type transmission device has the advantages of good transient characteristics,fast response time,strong anti-interference performance,high reliability,fault recording function,etc.,which can solve the existence of analog power transmitters in a targeted manner,and can be used in the power system.
