The electromagnetic environment faced by modern weapon systems on the battlefield is becoming more and more complex,which poses a serious threat to the safety and survival of weapon systems.Distributed electronic safety and arming devices is a new type of electronic safety and arming devices which consists of several initiation units and can realize multi-point synchronous initiation and sequential initiation.Because of its advantages of high comprehensive reliability,it has a wide application prospect in various advanced weapons and equipment.However,because its structure and working principle are different from the general mechanical or electro-mechanical type,there is interference to the external environment and influence on its own work.Therefore,it is the key to enhance the electromagnetic protection of fuzes and enhance the reliability of weapons and equipment to carry out research on the electro magnetic compatibility of distributed electronic safety and arming devices.Comprehensive use of modern electro magnetic compatibility simulation software can help solve electro magnetic compatibility problems,this topic introduces the distributed electronic safety and arming devices on the basis of the structure and working principle,through relevant electromagnetic simulation software for distributed electronic safety and arming devices of external,internal electromagnetic interference and electromagnetic interference design improvement and protection strategy has carried out the simulation research.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Quantified the electric field intensity of strong electromagnetic interference caused by the electromagnetic pulse jamming projectile,selected 1000 V/m continuous energy and150 KV/m pulse energy as the interference excitation source,established the approximate structure model of distributed electronic safety and arming devices in HFSS software.By simulating two different electromagnetic environments,the basic method of coupling with external EMI is obtained.The electro-thermal simulation of external interference source is applied to typical components to observe their damage under strong electromagnetic interference.(2)In the experimental unit of the distributed electronic safety and arming devices,on the basis of circuit simulation in SIwave software resonance simulation,the near field radiation sensitivity,the far field radiation,electromagnetic simulation,through resonance simulation initiation module design is not reasonable,through the near field radiation simulation system of electromagnetic interference is seen most numerical position and the near field radiation,The radiation values of the booster process and the initiation process to the distant space were obtained by far field radiation simulation,and the anti-electromagnetic interference degree of each port of the system was obtained by electromagnetic sensitivity simulation.(3)Aiming at the simulation results and problems,measures such as improving circuit design,eliminating resonance,optimizing system space layout,and increasing electromagnetic shielding are proposed to improve the electromagnetic compatibility performance of the system.The use of impact protectors,filling of communication holes,and installation of fuze shells enhances the anti-interference ability to external EMI.
