Diversification Of Urban Residential Living Space

As the main property of national economy, residential construction not only has an important role in the economic construction, but also has complex comunications with every family. With the depending of market-oriented economy, commercial residence is becoming the leading role of the market. Then we should conclude the achievements and problems of urban residence conctruction. Though the problem of residence is an old problem ,we should pay close attention to it over a long period of time. During the period of mechanism convertion, it is an inevitable trend to adapt the residential diversity to variety of peoples' demand.This article analysized the factors affecting living space and the combosite elements of living space from the various prospects, put forward that residence design should be diversity in order to be suit for the varity of social develpoment. Only this can we carry out the residence design which conform to times development and meet the needs of peoples. There are four chapters in this article.Chapter 1 expounded the aim and meaning of this study from the scope and method of study.Chapter 2 analysized the factors affecting living space from family structure and varity of living stytles.Chapter 3 is the most important part of this article. It analysized diversity of living space composed of combosite elements of living space , space patterns and residence types.Chapter 4 is the conclusion of this article that raised to use the tactices of making various designs adjust to varity of living space.
