Three Rib Cfst Arch Bridge Construction Technology And Construction Control

The concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge has been widely applied in engineering for its good performance on force, facilitative construction, handsome appearance and good anti-seismic property. Furthermore, the construction method of it has been greatly improved and developed. The construction monitoring technology obtains widespread valued and enhancement. Combining to the present domestic and foreign state of the Concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge, this paper carries out a comprehensive analysis research on the construction and monitoring of the Zhongshan Bridge. The main work completed in this paper are as follow:(1) Briefly introduced the Zhongshan Bridge and the present development condition of the Steel tube concrete structure. A construction technology of the concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge and the significance of the monitoring of it are outlined.(2) According to the Zhongshan Bridge, a detailed introduction on the install construction of the girder and arch rib as well as the construction of the pier-Y and some massive concrete blocks such as the skewback has been carried out.(3) Based on the actual construction situation, the hosting tool gantry is designed to two stages and the transverse wind-resistant stability is also calculated.(4) The purpose, principles and method of the construction monitoring are outlined. Thus, a specific program for the Zhongshan Bridge is put forward, and a comparative analysis to the monitor data is carried on,(5) At last, the research result and its insufficiency of this paper are summarized, and some useful opinions and a prospect towards it are proposed.
