Recent over ten years, the appliance of concrete filled steel tube has got quick development in the field of bridge especially the arch bridge, many long span bridge design adopt concert filled steel tube arch bridge. Concrete filled steel tube is a superior kind of construction material which can extent each advantage of on the process of mutual restrict. That is to say: the restriction of concrete can make it in a complicated state of stress, change the working attribution essentially ,enhance bearing capacity, enlarge limit compression strain; at the same time, the distortion of inner concrete also make the steel tube in a complicated state of stress and enforce the local stability. Therefore, as compound material concrete filled steel tube have the following properties: high bearing capacity, great limit compression strain, perfect ductility wide spread availability in the arch bridge. The span-radius increased from the early 110 meters to recent 460 meters, with the increase of the span-radius and of the intensity of the material, the construction is characteristic of displacement. In sum, the nonlinear represent more extrusive in the field of concrete filled steel tube arch bridge.In reality, some unavoidable factors like concrete quality, pump quality in the process of construction, temperature change (temperature rise and temperature drop), the creep and shrink of core concrete, cause concrete separate away from steel tube. While, the research on the influence to the stability of concrete filled steel tube arch bridge cause by concrete separate away from steel tube is rare. In order to solve this problem, I worked out a nonlinear program which has passed the test and certificate. After that, the paper analyzed the bearing capability and distortion of concrete filled steel tube column under eccentric loading. Then, take Wuxia Yangtze River Bridge as an example, ANSYS is used to analyze the stability and bearing capacity, according to two situations: good bond and concrete separate away from steel tube. It is proved that concrete separate away from steel tube can reduce the stability and bearing capacity, furthermore, the influence of concrete separate away from steel tube varied in different load conditions. Because of the infaust effect, we should attach importance to and take corresponding measures to reduce even avoid that.
