Based On The Domino Effect Of Urban Gas Pipe Wang Shi, So The Consequences Of Research

Along with the rapid development of China's urbanization process and the domestic and international's attention, urban gas pipeline is growing popularity and its scale is gradually increasing. Meanwhile, the frequent gas pipeline accidents associated with safety have become a social and public question. Because of the characteristics of urban gas itself and the particularity of the urban population, pipeline accidents especially the domino effect accidents have huge effects and consequences. Therefore, study the consequences of the domino effect of urban gas pipeline accidents, and quantify casualties and property losses due to the accidents. Programme a simple software of urban gas pipeline network accident consequence based on the domino effect, which is easy to use and makes pipeline owners or gas companies have a clear understanding of the accident consequence.then,they can improve their consciousness to prevent accidents, standardize their management and realize "safety first, precaution crucial".The research on accident consequences of urban gas pipeline network based on the domino effect introduce the domino effect into the analysis of the consequences,evaluate the interaction of the units affected qualitatively and quantitatively, identify the possibility of domino accident, calculate the overall accident consequences which include the consequences of initial accident and the secondary accidents triggered by the effect of the initial accident.then,the research is more objective.This paper introduces the development situation of urban gas and the history domino accidents. Considering the huge hazardous consequence of urban gas domino accident,present a method that can use the domino effect to analysis the consequence of urban gas network accident. By learning the theory of the domino effect, the paper identifies the hazard source using fault tree analysis, calculate the probability of initial accident by the fault tree minimal cut sets,which can provide data for calculating the probability of domino scenarios. According to the characters of domino effect evolution,establish a model to analyses the domino effect of urban city network accident, analyses the damage of object equipment from thermal radition,overpressure and fractions,give a model of calculating the probability of accident and the domino scenarios,introduce the analysis knowledge of accident consequences, establish the calculation models of consequences based on the style of accident and the situation of accident site,quantity the severity of consequences from casualties and property loss and identify its level.On the basis of all research above,edit a software system about the domino effect-based urban gas pipeline network accident consequences,then give an assumed accident to verify,in order to provide a reference of preventing and controlling the domino accidents.
