The open floor and solid floor are the most commonly used forms of the railway steel bridge at home. Compared with the open floor, the solid floor can reduce the noise which is caused by the train through the bridge. Therefore the solid floor is commonly used in the railway steel bridges and the railway steel bridges which are near the city especially. The lower building height, the high utilization ratio of the section space and the low synthetical cost are the characteristics of the trough beam in diversified structural styles of the solid floor. So the trough beam becomes a potent competitive project of the deck structure of the long-span steel truss in high-speed railway. Based on the Minjiang River Bridge of the new railway line from Fuzhou to Xiamen which is a long-span continuous steel truss bridge with flexible arch as a backdrop, the paper researches special behaviour analysis of the solid floor of the trough beam. The main parts are as follows:(1)The finite element analysis software is used to build the space grillage model and the block model of the trough girder. And the accuracy of the spatial beam gird model is checked by the block model.(2)The whole model of Minjiang River Bridge is established to study force characteristics of the trough girder on the gravity load, prestressed load, superimposed dead load and live load.(3)The block model of the trough girder is supported at the main beams. The whole bridge working state is simulated by the conformances of deflection state of the cross beam in model and beam of the bridge, then a rational project to improve the mechanical behavior by blocking up of the bearing is put forward.(4)The concrete shrinkage and creep effect of the ballast deck trough girder of Minjiang River Bridge is studied with the block model.
