The rapid development of the city has led to urban congestion at present.The trough girder is widely used in the construction of urban light rail because of its low building height and noise protection.But the trough girder has the disadvantages of unreasonable force,poor durability and great difficulty in construction..Therefore,the corrugated steel webs are replaced by the straight web and the prebending process is introduced to form a new structure.The paper focuses on the study of structure design and bearing capacity of preflexed trough girder with corrugated webs which will provide reference for the design and model test of this structure in the future.Based on the national natural fund project named “Research on Fatigue Properties of Preflexed Trough Beam with Corrugated Webs”,this paper focuses on the related design theory of preflexed trough girder with corrugated webs.Firstly,the paper introduces the theoretical research of preflex beam,corrugated steel web and trough girder.Secondly,the paper carries out the theoretical design and calculation of the construction process and the rationality of the structure according to similarity theory.The result shows that after the second-stage concrete is hardened,the upper arching degree is about 1/3 of the initial arch degree.It means under the influence of self weight,shrinkage and creep of concrete,prebending effectively maintains the precompressive stress of concrete,which is beneficial to the full use of the mechanical properties of the material.In the meantime,it is necessary to prevent structural instability in the process of making preflexed trough girder with corrugated webs.Thirdly,the prebending process and the experimental model are analyzed by finite element method.Finite element analysis of prebending process proves that the elastic superposition method has a better accuracy.Finite element analysis of the flexural capacity of the model reveals the failure process and failure form of preflexed trough girder with corrugated webs and it also provides a reference for the future model test.At last,the paper proposes the calculation formula of bending bearing capacity of preflexed trough girder with corrugated webs.It uses the formula to calculate the flexural capacity of the new structure.The result of finite element analysis is close to the result of theoretical calculation.
