In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s railway construction and railtransport, the proportion of the bridge construction is also gradually increasing and bridgeconstruction requirements are gradually increasing, especially the construction of a bridge inthe city, which performs mainly at the height of the building requirements of environmentalprotection, safety, and beautiful city. Based on these requirements, it is difficult for some ofthe conventional bridge to do so, even though some can do but may also increase the cost andbecome uneconomical. But using this kind of girder structure can solve these problems. Dueto the special structure of it, it is seldom used in the actual project. In this paper, thepresentation and study of this structure will be followed.This paper takes Han Ji Railway Liaocheng section main cross-48m through girderpractical engineering as example and establishes through girder finite element model. Then itmakes structure theoretical calculations and analysis by using the finite element modelthrough girder including forces and displacement.1. The bridges Dr. is used to establish through girder finite element model. Calculationand analysis of the through girder can get through girder construction phase divided by thecomputational analysis. The pre-camber value of the cumulative displacement values for eachconstruction stage, bridge construction and bridge construction stage theory of stress can bedrawn by computing analysis, which provides a theoretical basis for the construction ofcontrol and guidance.2. The through girder overall structure of the three-dimensional finite element model isestablished by using finite element software analysis theory and MIDAS FEA analysissoftware. Then characteristics of stress distribution and deformation of the through girdermesh under vertical load are analyzed.3. The finite element software MIDAS Civil is used to establish through girder wholeplane frame model. At last, the comparison of the longitudinal stress analysis anddisplacement between the through girder under vertical load and the with trough girderoverall structure of the three-dimensional finite element model of the longitudinal stress anddisplacement were analyzed.4. The finite element software MIDAS FEA is used to establish linear meter single spansimply supported trough Liangsan Wei finite element model. And transverse stress anddeformation of the beam under vertical loads are analyzed. At last, the comparison oftransverse stress and deformation between the three-dimensional finite element model and thebeam were analyzed.Comparative analysis of stresses and displacements can get the following conclusions: stress analysis and structural reinforcement as a whole can take advantage of the plane framemodel; local stress analysis of the structure can take advantage of three-dimensional finiteelement model to solve; deformation analysis of the structure can use of any one of the twomodels.
