With the sustainable development of the national economy,the traffic volume of major and medium-sized cities is increasing day by day,and the ground traffic situation is not optimistic.It is urgent to solve the problem of traffic congestion.In order to adapt to complex traffic conditions,bridge structures need continuous innovation.As a new type of bridge structure,composite trough girder with corrugated steel webs(TGCW)combines the advantages of trough bridge and corrugated steel plate,and combines the technologies of prebending and pre-stressing to form preflexed trough girder with corrugated steel webs and prestressed trough girder with corrugated steel webs.In this paper,the ultimate bearing capacity,preflex and prestress efficiency,transverse bending mechanical properties and dynamic characteristics of the structure are studied,and the feasibility of the structure applied to practical engineering is studied.Firstly,based on the tests of trough girder with corrugated steel webs,four solid finite element models are built by finite element software ABAQUS.The ultimate flexural bearing capacity,as well as the failure mode and mechanism of the structure is simulated by finite element method.The experimental,finite element and theoretical results are compared.In addition,the preflex and prestress efficiency of the structure are also studied.The results indicated that the numerical simulation results are close to the experimental results,which verifies the feasibility and reliability of the numerical simulation method.The preflex and prestress efficiency of trough girder with corrugated steel webs is higher than that of trough girder with flat steel webs.Meanwhile,a practicl trough bridge with corrugated steel webs is designed with reference to the trough bridge used in a domestic rail transit project.The transverse stress and internal force of bridge deck under various load conditions and combinations are analyzed.The results showed that the transverse tensile stress of the bottom concrete exceeds the limit,but the normal section strength is relatively surplus.Finally,the similarities and differences of dynamic characteristics between composite trough girder with corrugated steel webs and trough girder with concrete webs are studied.In addition,the effects of geometric parameters of corrugated steel web(steel web thickness,corrugated angle,single plate width)and height-span ratio on the dynamic characteristics of composite trough girder with corrugated steel webs are also studied.
