The Use Of Performance Analysis Of Railway Wagon Bogie

To the speeding-up demands of freight trains, many kinds of bogies have been developed, including Z8AG, Z8G, the type of crossed-braced bogie ZK1, ZK2, ZK6, the type of swing-motion bogie ZK4, ZK5, the type of frame bogie ZK3 and radial bogie ZK7. In order to check whether the operating performance of the bogies can satisfy the needs, the paper analyses the application situation about all of the bogies and gives the key control points to the speeding-up bogies.The application situations of three kinds of non-speeding-up bogies Z8A, Z8AG, Z8G are discussed. The reason of crossed-braced device failure of Z8AG, Z8G is also discussed.The application conditions of two crossed-braced bogies ZK2, ZK6 are analyzed. Aimed at common faults of bolster, side frames, oblique wedges, springs and crossed-braced device during the process of ZK2 bogie application and maintenance, causes of faults are investigated. On the basis, corresponding improvement suggestions for different faults are proposed. For single-side wheel fringe wear problems in ZK6 bogies application, solution methods are proposed.Aimed at ZK4 bogies, cracks of spring supporting plate and weld splitting and cracks of wear plates on the bolster wedge friction surface, the reason is analyzed and improvement measure is also presented. Aimed at frame bogie ZK3, cracks of the brake beams hangers and break of side bearing springs occurred frequently in application are analysed. The solution measure is proposed in this paper.In order to guarantee maintenance quality of speeding-up bogies, aimed at three typical speeding-up bogies ZK2, ZK4 and ZK3, key control points in maintenance process are discussed.Combined with current maintenance system, the paper puts forward problems that need to be disposed during the transition period from plan-maintenance system to state-maintenance system. Finally detail implementation plans of state-maintenance system are proposed in the paper.
