A Study Of Highway Construction Project Post Evaluation In Laos

With the gradual emergence of the necessity, superiority of highway construction post evaluation has gained attention of various countries and every profession, for every country, the actual demand and range of application of post evaluation, the development of highway construction post evaluation is on the rise. Because project PE is a kind of extension of the whole project management, it is an indispensable link in project cycle, and Laos as a developing country, the understanding of its concept, characteristic, content, function and theory method of research field of the construction project post-evaluation of the highway is also deepening constantly, so, it is very essential and urgent to carry out a study on the construction project post-evaluation of the highway and study.Through a study of the main contents of China's highway construction project evaluation and a discussion of the problems existing in post evaluation research, pointed out improved direction for problems of evaluation; secondly after analysis of problems of the highway construction project post evaluation in Laos, pointed out the meaning of China's highway post evaluation to Laos, a further study was conducted on highway construction project post evaluation, traffic volume forecast and traffic safety evaluation. Finally after a comprehensive consideration of factors that influence every aspect of Laos, a system of evaluation index of social influence was established.
