Due to the rapid development of modern aviation and aerospace industry, not only does the precise control of the engine's thrust have the great significance for the attitude's control of the aircraft's operation, but also it has great meaning for raising the accuracy of the goal. Nowadays, the six-component model based on the six-component test stand has been mainly used to measure the thrust misalignment of the solid rocket motor. The research of in-situ calibration and data processing method based on six-component test stand has great meaning to evaluate the performance of the measurement system. Therefor, it is necessary to spread out researches in this area.According to the demands of in-situ calibration in six-component test stand, a hydraulic loading installation is designed and the important parts of the installation have been checked. Both automatic calibration and manual calibration function is available. The loading precision meets the demand of 2‰. Moreover, bladder accumulator is selected to solve the problem of pressure impact.According to the research on in-situ calibration method, both physical model and standard force measuring system are established. The quantity transmission of standard force measuring system is analyzed. The ways to improving calibration precision are put forward.Both standard force measuring system calibration experiment and in-situ calibration experiment are conducted. The maximum coupling error of in-situ calibration is 1.67%. After data processing based on least square, the maximum error is decreased to 0.29%.By analyzing error sources of measure uncertain, the uncertainty of six-component test system is calculated. The uncertainty of channel 1 is 0.58% and the uncertainty of channel 6 is 0.55%.Correlative software is compiled by using LabVIEW language. The functions such as system parameter setting, in-situ calibration, static decoupling, dynamic measurement, real-time data processing, data transferring, experimental results automatic reporting, helping and so on are available.
