At present,with the development of informatics,electronic measurement technology has been rapidly developed and applied in various fields.In turn,the application in these fields also poses new challenges to electronic measurement technology.As a new type of measuring instrument,ScopeCorder has been applied in more and more fields because it combines the advantages of oscillograph and recorder.In the process of data entering the ScopeCorder and final displaying,these data need to undergo many intermediate processes.These processes include the transmission,processing and calibration of these data.Therefore,it is necessary to do some research on the transmission processing and calibration of ScopeCorder and formulate suitable scheme.The problem faced by the data transmission link is that the rate of data transmission from the main FPGA to the host computer is high.The problem faced by the data processing link is that there are many channel data in the oscilloscope,and there is abnormal data in the channel data.The problem with data calibration is that the calibration time is costly and the calibration does not cover all the data.The main research contents in this paper include:1.Data transmission scheme of ScopeCorder.The problem of high rate requirement for the data transmission link from the main FPGA to the host computer.The PCIe highspeed transmission interface is selected as the transmission carrier to transfer the data from the main FPGA to the upper computer.By using software driver and FPGA,DMA and PIO read-write control are realized with PCIe which contains IP core.2.Scheme for processing multi-channel data of ScopeCorder.There are many channels for the oscilloscope,for the convenience of subsequent processing,in this paper,the author constructs a set of signal processing mechanism from the hardware acquisition circuit to the upper computer,including the identification of the board card,the identification of the channel,the construction of the channel data cache and storage area,the packaging of the channel data,the construction of FIFO and so on.3.Search scheme of ScopeCorder data.To find the abnormal waveform signal hidden in high speed and large capacity data,the author proposes an automatic search method for abnormal waveform in large capacity data.This method can automatically search the abnormal waveform in the mass data by referring to the rough error extraction criterion.4.Automatic calibration scheme of ScopeCorder data.The calibration cost is high and the calibration does not cover all data.In this paper,the author presents a design of automatic calibration system.This is a complete automatic calibration system composed of upper computer,main FPGA,board card FPGA,digital circuit channel and analog circuit channel.The system is mainly used for channel calibration,including channel bias calibration and channel gain calibration.On this basis,the author do some research on the interpolation fitting algorithm,and the gain calibration of signals at all amplitudes and frequencies is realized by referring to the image processing algorithm.After testing,the design of this paper has achieved the expected results.
