With The Research And Design Of The Rectifier Circuit Of The Charge Pump

A kind of power management module is designed in this paper, which is mainly used in low voltage power supply for 2.5V.Its main structure is the charge pump circuit and voltage regulator circuit.Based on TSMC technology and using the tools of Cadence EDA, a type of power management regulator is designed to match the demanding of request.In this paper, the bias theory of charge pump is given firstly. Then introduce the regulator feedback circuit system. In meantime, the all sub-circuits are also designed and emulated carefully including The Driver, Bandgap Voltage Reference Circuit, Voltage Controlled Oscillator, Current Reference Circuit, Resistance Feedback Circuit and so on. As a result, all of sub-circuits answer the requirements.
