With the vigorous development of modern electronic information industry,micro inertial measurement unit,as a key component of navigation technology,has more and more important value and significance in civil,industrial and military industries.The micro accelerometer and micro gyroscope in the micro inertial measurement unit require different power supply voltages,and unified management of these power supply voltages can reduce chip area and improve device performance.In this paper,through the analysis of the principle of voltage conversion and voltage stabilization,the power management circuit for the low-voltage step-up voltage required by the square wave drive circuit in the interface circuit of the micro-inertial measurement unit is designed,including the booster circuit and the voltage regulator circuit.In the power management circuit of the micro inertial measurement unit,the singleended odd-numbered ring oscillator is used to reduce the area of the booster circuit,and the Schmitt trigger and inverted non-overlapping clock conversion circuit are used to shape and convert the oscillation signal into The reverse clock signal provides the pump pressure control signal for the charge pump of the subsequent stage,which realizes the function of 5V pumping to 26 V.The LDO in the voltage conversion circuit is selected as the main structure of the voltage regulator circuit.The input stage uses NMOS differential op amps to improve the matching.The resistance feedback network and the compensated bandgap reference are reasonably matched to achieve a 20 V output.The large-scale design achieves the function of LDO linear voltage regulation around 20 V.Three voltages of 10 V,12V and 15 V are obtained by using the MOS tube voltage divider structure.The RC series filter circuit is used to optimize the noise of the output and improve the micro inertial measurement unit.Noise performance at the output of the power management circuit.In the circuit simulation,5V is used as the input voltage.Under a 30 p F load capacitance,the voltage noise density at the 10 V,12V and 15 V output terminals is 5.84 n V/?Hz@10k Hz,18.15 n V/?Hz@10k Hz and 9.04 n V/?Hz@10k Hz respectively,the output voltage stability is 49.64?Vrms(1?),and the power supply rejection ratio is 60 d B.The power management circuit meets the design requirements and has good power supply suppression,which realizes the needs of various positive high voltages in the micro inertial measurement unit.
