Acoustic Doppler is one of the revolutionary technologies in modern current supervision. In the recent decades, Acoustic Doppler has been rapidly developed and applied in Social construction. Based on localization of Doppler current supervisor, assisted by the National Ocean Technology Center, we have developed a new multi-function, low- consumption, small, low price Acoustic Doppler supervisor.By referring to massive hydro acoustics articles and similar product abroad, we have developed a full draft of Acoustic Doppler current supervisor circuit, and then we analyzed and evaluated the parameters in tactics and techniques. We did research in mid-frequency estimation by using complex self-correlation algorithm, and verification and simulation it by using computer. We introduced in detail of the designing process of Acoustic Doppler current measurement system hardware circuit. The system is cored by MCU MSP430F149, receiving signal magnifying. Filtering function is operated by making use of special CMOS chip, and the performance is verified by experiment.The key in the paper is the forming of Acoustic emission signal, which is based on DDS technology, controlling wave shape, frequency, phase, etc. DDS technology in Acoustic Doppler current measurement technology has high stability, wide working band, high distinguishing in frequency and accuracy. Our designed Acoustic emission signal forming PCB is really good in performance based on the electrical- experiment.
