Xxx Electrical Control Box Development

XXX electric control box is a newly designed electronic control module, according to the requirements of 3513 space company. The box is the controlling part of missile, ensuring the missile can be connected correctly and transmit signals at the stage of preparation, blast-off and sending.The box has many functions, such as voltage-converting control, sending control, time-delay control, overloading control, separating control, current and time limiting, fire control.The background and the applicational value of the project are described in the paper; The technical index, function, structure are also figured out; The structure elements and main application of MCU AT89C2051 (belongs to ATMEL company) are explained; The circuit and structure designation of the box are discussed in the paper.In the development of the project, we choose AT89C2051-12SI MCU as the core component of the circuit, which has many advantages----little volume, high integration, simple structure, good agility and adaptability, high dependability, better expansibility, and so on. The structure design ensuring the requirements of exterior size first, then confirming all the components and accessory could be arranged reasonable. According to the characteristic of vibration and shock index of the product, we consider the installation of components when designing the structure, avoiding the overage magnifying under experiments, and confirming the natural work of all the components. Aluminium alloy 2A12-T4 is chosen, and processed, the material is provided with high intensity, light weight, good processing, and suit for batch production.In the development of the project, I am in charge of the blue print design, technical design, functional index analyse, and testing, mainly on circuit and structure design. After a year's debugging, and testing, the product is testified by the users, the whole project achieve all the requirements.
