With the popularization of new energy concept,more and more people and the manufacturer will look into the potential of new energy sources,which is the key point is the development of new energy vehicles,in order to improve the environment and energy pressure,launched the "environmental protection,energy saving,high efficiency" policy in the country to call,most of the car companies have joined the development of new energy vehicles,new energy vehicles,especially electric cars the most rapid development,although China's electric vehicle industry relatively late,there is a big gap with the world leader,but the electric car in China's market and technology level of rapid growth,and this year to the country also issued some vigorously support the popularization of electric vehicles,especially electric vehicles for high power support is very large,including electric vehicles,hybrid vehicles,Pure electric commercial vehicles.I believe that with the support of national policy,China's electric vehicle industry and the level will be higher.The main content of this paper is the design of motor,controller structure and control circuit board first,this paper from the topological structure of electric vehicle,a brief analysis of the characteristics of each module,structure analysis and then enter the motor controller,including electromagnetic compatibility and structure design to meet the production details,then analyzed the principle of IGBT fever the core module of high power electric cars,and then design a cooling system of IGBT in theory and simulation level,and made the optimization measures.Then the ISO26262 function of automobile safety standards,and on the basis of analysis of the motor controller needs to meet the functional safety level,finally satisfy the basic function level of security,designed the circuit control board of the motor.
