Permanent magnet synchronous motor has the feature of simple structure,light weight,small size and easy to use.Because the internal rotor adopts permanent magnetic material instead of the traditional synchronous motor excitation coil,its working efficiency and power factor are high.Compared with the direct current(DC)motor,permanent magnet synchronous motor does not have brush and commutator.And compared with ordinary motor,it does not need to excitation current and has simplified structure and improved efficiency.However,compared with asynchronous motor,permanent magnet synchronous motor has high cost and is difficult to star.In this paper,the permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control method is adopted.The control system has the advantages of high control precision,high dynamic performance and wide speed range,so it has drawn wide attention and has been successfully applied in many industries.However,the structural characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motor and its non-linear characteristics also limits its wider application.The paper is aiming to design the hardware circuit and the control way,and further researches to improve the efficient and stable control of the motor.In this paper,we analyze the characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motor and its control system.On this basis,we deduce and summarize the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor deeply,and systematically analyze all the modules of permanent magnet synchronous motor.And we deeper study the basic control strategy of the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system,the method of PID control and the hardware circuit design in the Cadence.Aiming at the key problems of permanent magnet synchronous motor controller in hardware design,this paper designs and further optimizes the driving control circuit based on push-pull output circuit,and draws the specific testing process.Taking the three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor as an example,the driving control circuit based on the push-pull output circuit is designed and optimized.The circuit design of the corresponding module is carried out through Cadence and the physical circuit is tested.This paper combines the various designed circuit modules to generate a netlist in order to make printable PCB layout,so can make the actual circuit board for related testing and verification work.Then we will test the various circuit modules connected to do a comprehensive testby hand welding electrical components.The result shows that the optimized driving control circuit of the push-pull output circuit can drive the high-power permanent magnet synchronous motor and can effectively protect the driving chip.So it verify the rationality and feasibility in improving the efficiency of motor control.Finally,we summarize and forecast the application test of permanent magnet synchronous motor,and identify the areas in need of improvement and point out the direction of further study.
