Hand-held digital oscilloscope table as a result of both digital storage oscilloscope and digital multimeter all measurement functions and technical characteristics, small size, light weight, low power consumption, is particularly suited to the wild, such as the use of motor occasions. At present, foreign handheld digital oscilloscope in the market in a monopoly position, the domestic late start of the study, and the market for low-end products. In this context, the group decided to develop a company internal 500MSPS a handheld digital oscilloscope in order to break the monopoly of foreign brands, to establish their own national brand. In this paper, the completion of the project the main part of the hardware design, including data acquisition system and power module design. The article introduces the data acquisition system design. Data acquisition system design, including sampling circuit design, circuit design, as well as buffer control module design. The primary function of the sampling circuit is a complete high-speed sampling of the signal, the circuit is mainly used to store cache data acquisition and control module is to facilitate the realization of the role of the oscilloscope time base, trigger functions. It also introduced the Power Module Design and Implementation. Power module design includes a high-efficiency DC-DC converter circuit, LCD driver circuit design, battery management and battery charging power detection is achieved. The final paper also describes the dynamic power management system. In order to reduce the average system power consumption, first of all from the hardware design and realization of the various functional modules of the control power, and then in the process of system operation, the operation of the system state of the various functional modules of the implementation of dynamic power management .
