Electro-hydraulic servo valve is a high precise hydraulic component relative to general and conventional hydraulic valve.Servo valve is both electro-hydraulic transition element and power magnifier. In electro-hydraulic servo control system, servo valve connects electric parts and hydraulic parts and realizes transition and magnification of electro-hydraulic signal and controls hydraulic action components. It has a lot of advantages, such as high precision, quick response, controlling signals flexibly, large output power and compact structure and so on. It is widely used in many control fields. Computer aided test is a suit of computer data acquisition and numeric control system and connects hydraulic experimental platform.It collects data, quantifies and treats and exports test results through computer for each test parameters, such as pressure,flow rate,rotating speed,temperature and torque and so on.This paper researches electro-hydraulic servo valve test system which bases on criterion and design requirement of international standard ISO6404-1985 and national standard GB/T15623-1995《fluid transmission,servovalve experiment method》.It is specially used in static and dynamic performance parameter test.This system can automatically complete unloading flow test, pressure gain test,internal leakage test,load flow test and frequency response test and save , print test curves and datas by computer controlling.Firstly, this paper detailedly analyses basic theory of static and dynamic performance and parameter of electro-hydraulic servo valve, compares with test result after predominating basic definition and theoretical curves. At the same time, the paper analyses theoretically a part of calculation of performance index and deduces and calculates from theoretical equations. Secondly, the paper studies principle of the test system and structure constituent which mostly includes oil sources system, cooling system, sensing device, signal processing unit, data acquistion device and computer control system and analyzes connection of each part. Thirdly, each performance index of servo valve is tested through soft test of electro-hydraulic servo valve test and control system, computer calculates performance parameters, automatically protracts curves and compares with standard performance indexes and analyzes whether or not according with actual use. At last, electro-hydraulic servo valve SFL-14B is practically tested on performance indexes, is analyzed from test errors and its testing results are analyzed and compared, and can preferably satisfy standard regulation and can normally use. Hereto, the paper systemically studies the test and control system of electro-hydraulic servo valve and establishes advantaged base for future in-depth research.
