Ultrasonic has become widespread because of its strange characteristics in recent years. Researches of ultrasonic have become more and more popular. Ultrasonic wound cleaning has been improved to be effective. Researches of ultrasonic wound cleaning and its ergonomics are still out of schedule yet. This topic has researched on these and enriched these theories. This topic also has designed and improved models.These researches began from its ergonomics factors. The topic researches about ultrasonic power supply, piezoelectric transducer, ultrasonic horn, debridement and so on from the view of Ergonomics, and integrate these elements. Do designs and improvement finally.Ergonomics principles were used to analyze problems about functions definition, choices of technologies, structures and forms with ultrasonic wound cleaning' s characteristics. All factors about these kinds of machines were studied and the results were used to design and make the machine. It has been improved that the Industry Design and Ergonomics principles are useful to guide the exploitation.Technologies, structures, forms and other factors were discussed, analyzed and chosen. And the best are used to make the model. Analyses, studies and biology examination are taken on by it. A new model was designed by the principles of Ergonomics finally.Industry and Ergonomics principles are always effecting during the whole process. It' s meaningful to the theories development and the exploitation of ultrasonic wound cleaning.
