The FX2N-1PG and PLC are used to realize automatic control of the motion of the pipelining pulling board mechanism. With this method, the motion control becomes convenient; The cylinder's ordinal control is realized with the PLC's ordinal control function. The cost of this means is low, the programming is simple, the control is convenient. The stepping motor and servo motor are used to screw the bolt into the plastic platoon; This means make the screw quickly, the positioning is precise, the screwing efficiency high. Touch screen and PLC are combined, which makes the performance of the control system safer and more reliable. In this way, the unit of equipments becomes mechanical and electronic integration products in real sense.
