In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s railway construction and the continuous increase in the speed of trains,the safety of railway lines is also get increasing attention,in order to ensure the railway operates well and trains operate smoothly,the China Railway Corporation put forward the higher requests to the quality of railway lines construction and railway maintenance.As an important step of railway line maintenance,the quality and efficiency of the rail bolt’s maintenance also need to be improved greatly.The existing track bolt working operations have some shortcomings such as the large labor intensity,low operating efficiency,low degree of automation and intelligence in the operation process.Therefore,there is a need for an efficient self-operated track bolt working machine to increase the automation level of track bolt working operations.This thesis takes the measurement and control system of self-operated track bolt working machine as the research object,by the analysis of the overall structural framework and operation flow of the self-operated rail bolt working machine,the measurement and control system of self-operated track bolt working machine were designed,which was based on PLC and touch screen,the visibility of the touch screen and the stability of PLC meanwhile the compatibility between them are fully used in the measurement and control system.The mainly content of the thesis are as follows.Firstly,based on the introduction of the overall structure and working principle of the self-operated track bolt working machine,the demand for measurement and control system of self-operated track bolt working machine was analyzed,then the overall scheme and design goal of the measurement and control system for self-operated track bolt working machine were put forward.On this basis,the hardware scheme of the measurement and control system were designed according to the overall scheme of the measurement and control system,the measurement and control system applied S7-300 PLC as the core control equipment to control stable operation of the self-operated track bolt working machine,it applied the MP270 B touch screen as the man-machine interface device to realize real-time monitoring of self-operated track bolting machine,besides,the position detection module,torque detection module and related hardware circuit of measurement and control system were designed.Based on the hardware basis of the measurement and control system,the relevant software for the measurement and control system was designed,network hardware configuration of PLC system,user programs written and programs called is done in software STEP 7,the touch screen and PLC connection,the screen and the connection variables were designed in software WinCC flexible 2008.In this thesis,the measurement and control system of self-operated track bolt working machine were debugged and simulated,the debugging process included the communication between PLC and touch screen,the integrated debugging between the PLC and touch screen,and then conduct a laboratory kind debugging.The debugging results show that the measurement and control system of the self-operated track bolt working machine basically meets the design requirements and achieves the design goal.
