In modern society, servo control system is applied more and more extensively in producing industrial development with its characteristics of high-precision, high-speed and high-performance. With the development of control theory and technology, the servo systems is developing in the direction of AC, digital, intelligent and networking. In this paper, the AC servo positioning control system has been studied on the basis of a project called bearing pressed machine. Then the AC servo control system what can locate precisely has been completed.Firstly, the Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) and its mathematical model what is presented in three coordinates have been analyzed. After comparing the three current control strategy of PMSM, the method of id=0 has been chosen. Then the simulation module of the control system with MATLAB has been established.On the basis of meeting the functions and requirements of the control system, the overall structure scheme has been provided. The PLC and touch screen have been used to control the servo drivers which can drive servo motor. According to the angle and speed of servo motor, the purpose of locating precisely can be achieved. Then the current loop, speed loop and position loop of the servo drivers have been designed and they are also simulated for the next chapter.The hardware and software of AC servo positioning control system have been designed. On the one hand, the wiring design, the differential circuit, opto-isolation circuit and limit switch circuit have been completed; On the other hand, according to the target of the system, the main parameters of the servo drives have been set up and the homing procedures, manual procedures and automated procedures have been designed.The human-computer interacting interface has been developed with the software called Screen Editor. Finally, after debugging the control system in accordance with the order from part to whole, the AC servo positioning control system can be improved.
