| The brake is an important part of vehicle ,its nicer capability is the important safeguard for traveling crane. With the development of society , more and more vehicle in street ,the capability of brake is lay store by more people .The engineer of many countries do more thing to improve capability of brake.The experiment set of electric brake designed in this dissertation in order to test the electric brake at it be studied, whether the capability of the electric brake can suffice the demand of country standard. It can test the capability of brake separateness. Adopt scale-down simulate test in this dissertation for depress the experiment set cost, we scale-down the size of brake disc and attrition piece, and design the small inertia flywheel based on similitude engineering science theory. An evaluating system for electric brake performance is established based on the analysis hierarchy process(AHP),and the indexes weight is conformed and total taxis is arranged. The electric brake test blue print is framed based on the indexes weight. |
