For rail transport the train brake is significant, while on the train brake performance test is particularly critical, but for the train air brake applied to China's railway passenger, its braking performance testing techniques and tools have been lagging behind, One important reason resulting in this situation is the real vehicle test is very inconvenient, is not conducive to research personnel to improve detection equipment and innovate train brake test system theory by a large number of tests. In response, the electrical analog thinking of train brake is proposed inventively in this paper. By doing the electrical simulation of the braking performance about the 104 air brake installed widely in common passenger train, the electrical simulation become the theoretical basis for research and development of the electrical simulation device. In the future, the electrical simulation device can simulate the real vehicle testing and the inconvenience of on-site testing is not the problem.Of this research comes from engineering practice, the simulation about braking performance of 104 air brake can verify braking performance and provide the basis of the principle for the actual test and electrical characteristics. Contrasting and analyzing the results between actual test and simulation. This article summarizes the work as follows:1, via a number of rail-site placement and research opportunities, the actual situation is grasped. Through research and access to a lot of literature, the train air brake system theory is mastered. Make a simulation about brake performance characteristics of the 104 air brake and a research of calculation about the braking.2, the simulation of train air brake systemMake a construction of 104 air brake physical simulation model and describes model principle. Its simulation using FLUENT, through simulation results analysis, the conclusion that simulation performance is close to the actual braking performance is made.3, Develop device of test system of train air brake system and make the actual test of braking performance, analysis of the results about actual test to verify the principle of correlation detection.4, putting forward the idea of the electrical simulation, electrical circuit simulation and analysis of the results of electrical simulation, three aspects are researched. The actual braking performance test results were analyzed to verify the ideas and principles of electrical simulation the correctness and feasibility.
