Military Vehicles Abs Test Methods And Test Systems Research

As an important device improving active security of vehicles, ABS (anti-lock Brake System) is applied to military vehicles more and more widely. By studying ABS performance appraisal index and test method of military wheeled vehicles, the author formulates the test system, and provides complete solutions for ABS performance test of military vehicles.Relying on the military scientific research project Research on ABS Performance Test System of Military Wheeled Vehicles, aiming at the technical difficulties of this project, the author studies as follows with the clue of academic research - index advanced - research method - formulation of test system- verification by testing.1)Research on basic theory of ABS: to study the control process of ABS and practical influential factors, and to give the index for appraising the performance of ABS;2) Establishment of ABS test system: to formulate a set of ABS test system applicable to the military wheeled vehicles in view of the organic integration of braking performance, maneuverability and stability of vehicles;3)The author studies the characteristic of mainstream vehicle speed sensors, after the comparison test, GPS is selected to provide signals for vehicle speed at last, and the author also discusses the equal precision measurement method that can improve the wheel rev measurement and its application;4)Based on the development of COM technical software, the software design focuses on solving the conflict between daily test and result analysis, and provides the software with both convenient maneuverability and powerful analysis function.5) After the whole test method and the test system are completed, a lot of tests are carried out for verification. The test result shows that the test system is complete and feasible, the test index is proper and effective, and the test system is reliable and accurate.
