| The firing number of guns have an important impact on the life of their parts and components. The firing will have an influence on the barrels,needles and so on,and the empty firing will have an influence on the needles of guns. In the process of the military training and the weapons development, we often requires monitoring the relationship between the number of firing in various state and the materials of the weapons in real-time,while,there is no one intelligent instrument can achieve this function.In this paper, with the integrated use of MCU technology and USB interface technology, I completed the design of an intelligent recorder based on USB interface technology. The recorder can record and store the firing number of guns in real-time, and the data can be sended to PC through the Universal Serial Bus, then we can analysis the firing numbers of guns,and the data can be preserved for a long term. We use an AT89LV52 microcontroller as the core of the system. It has great cost advantages, and it is really a kind of production with high cost performance. In this paper, first introduced is the research background,purpose and the meanings of the subject,then we have a brief description on the overall of the programmes. We have focus on the circuit of Interface with the MCU, and the design of the USB communication module which include hardware and firmware program,this is the key technology of the paper. We also have a brief presentation on the drivers and application program.Through the debugging and the applicate in the army,it is proved that the recorder which is Based on the USB interface technology can record the firing numbers of the guns accurately, basically achieved the function of transmiting. The recorder has many good characteristics. It is intelligent and small, and the operation is very simple. |
