SPR spectrometer is an important optical instrumet.It is widely used in various areas of science and technology.The CCD data acquisition system with high precision plays a role of great significance . The traditional data acquisition system is usually installed inside computer ,there are some problems such as influencing system precision because of disturbing in PC.It can't satisfy the requirement of the micro-type of spectrometer. We study and develop USB interface and appliced software of micro fiber spectrometer of Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR), a data acquisition system of micro-spectrometer based on USB,while will set some technique foundation for micromation and application.The paper is base on numerous research works and analyzing for data acquisition system of SPR spectrometer,We put forward a design project about CCD driver circuit,data acquisition circuit and data transmission.In this paper, the operating principle of CCD is described firstly, then the electronic circuit of CCD is studied deeply and designed. The CCD driver circuit is based CPLD ,it possess small volume,low power waster,fast traansmission,high anti-jamming etc.To make data communication effective and not expensive, the Universal Serial Bus (USB) was adopted as the system's communication bus .USB has a preferable data transmission rate ,support PC's plug-and-play architecture and bus-powered.Accroding to the characteristics of the data acquisition system, an appropriate controller and its development kit are selected .The framework of USB interface system is established and the circuit is produced .The firmware program of PDIUSBD12 with the collecting function,the data transmission are established,The USB device driver with the function of responding USB transmission are established.The applied program with commnication and control the function is established.In the experiment, the steady output CCD and the data acquisition system operation are achieved, the test data are given out, the system's performance and problem are summarized which can provide some experience for further research.
