Zhejiang University has internal firstly been devoted to the research work of pica satellite since 2000. After several years harding work, Zheda Pica satellite NO.1 (Simplified as ZDPS-1) has been launched on May 2007. Quality of satellite is a key factor to reach the project's target, system test is one of the most important means to guarantee quality of satellite. Integrated test is needed also in the subsystem stage and in the assembly stage, to check the subsystems' performance, the interfaces' match, the functions' compatible, the accuracy and the stability. The test can expose the defects of the design and the manufacture, the early circuit malfunction and the shortage of the software.This article discusses the integrated test system, test schemes and results of pica satellite. The principle and the soft hardware realization of the test system are mainly described. The test system is modularization and integrality, which is quite different from the traditional distributed system. This integrated test system can communicate with the pica satellite in wired or wireless mode, executing remote control instruction and receiving remote measurement data.The early research has preliminarily developed an analogue earth station, which is incorporation in the hardware platform of the integrated test system. The AES(analogue earth station) and the ITIE(Integrated Test Interface Equipment) build the wired and wireless communication links together. The software platform dealing with the data exchange, transfer and analysis is also based on the wired and wireless communication links. The programming is multi-processes and visible and the platform is well operated. The pica satellite has been long-term completely tested by the integrated test system in Zhejiang University, in the launch base, and in the position on the rocket, and many quality problems have been found. The results indicate that the integrated test system and test schemes about circumstance are efficient.
