| With the continuous development of space technology,satellite development and production put forward higher requirements to ground test technology development.Satellite test quality requirements more stringent,batch,rapid deployment of the demand is more urgent.Therefore,only to achieve the simultaneous development of test technology in order to better meet the satellite testing needs to face the challenges.This paper focuses on the current weaknesses in batch testing and rapid testing.On the one hand,we transform the original equipment,making it more modular,small and integrated,build a new satellite integrated test system.On the other hand,we design automatic and intelligent test software which can meet the needs of mass production and rapid production of satellites.The main contents of the thesis include:1.Research and Design of Integrated Test Equipment.Based on the mature PXI bus technology,we integrate the three subsystems of TM&TC,power supply and data management in the original satellite ground test system.With the advantages of virtual instrument technology,we integrate the functions needed to complete three cabinets into a PXI chassis,and realize the automatic monitoring of the three subsystems and the flexible configuration of the equipment modules.2.Research and Design of Automatic Testing Software.Based on the original satellite testing software system,we research and design the centralized control software module,the automatic execution software module,the database module and the intelligent interpretation module.Through the design of software,we have improved the automation of software,saved the cost and improved the test coverage.3.Research and Design of Satellite Simulation Test.We have researched and designed the full digital simulation,semi physical simulation and fault simulation of the satellite.We have researched and designed three simulation units: data management unit,lower computer unit and three-dimensional display unit,and analyzed the communication protocol of the platform.Finally,the test system successfully applied in the development and production of five satellites,the test system has a good effect,to achieve the integration and automation targets of test system. |
