Large Turbine Generator Stator Bar Blockage Reason Analysis And Processing Methods

One of the frequent failures occurring to large turbine generator's stator with water cooling system is stator bar's clogging. According to stator bar's layout, structure, connection type and cooling water system layout, the reason for temperature rising of generator's coils is discribed primarily after realtime monitoring and analyzing generator's coils' temperature, with an intruduction to dealing method and some urgent measures for part of stator bar's hollow copper pipe's clogging, furthermore the importance of cleaning and washing stator cooling water system is presented and some conclusions are obtained, which may be helpful for users to analyze and deal with the problem of inner clogging of stator bar of turbine generator.
