The continuous and steady growth of the low wind speed market in my country’s wind power has become a major development trend.It is necessary to further analyze the operating environment characteristics and status parameter characteristics of large-scale permanent magnet synchronous wind turbines that are gradually applied on a large scale in this background,and to improve the corresponding status and evaluation technology in order to facilitate planned maintenance and parts replacement to reduce costs.The environmental characteristics of mountain wind farm,the operation characteristics of wind turbine,the correlation of state parameters and the change trend of stator temperature are analyzed.The wind resources of mountain wind farm are scarce,the wind speed is low,the randomness of wind speed fluctuation is large,and the wind direction,wind speed and temperature of different fan positions are also obviously different.The operation state of wind turbine also presents the characteristics of environmental wind speed,and the operation state of wind turbine changes frequently,and the operation time is mainly concentrated in the non-rated working section.Taking the change of stator temperature as the characterization parameter,it can be seen that the complex running environment and changeable running state lead to different wear and aging trend of wind turbine.However,the components of the wind turbine are closely related in the normal working process,and there is a great correlation between the state parameters of the same component and the state parameters different components.Therefore,this paper thinks that the condition monitoring of wind turbine in mountain wind farm should adopt one machine and one policy,that is,different wind turbine units need to establish different monitoring standards,and dynamically take one operating section of wind turbine as the basic monitoring unit.The standard of state monitoring is based on the data of the running state of the wind turbine when the reliability and anti-fatigue characteristics of each component are good after running in a period of time.Based on the state monitoring method of the above analysis,the physical significance,heat transfer process and model construction of stator temperature of wind turbine generator are studied.From the point of view of generator physical operation mechanism,the stator temperature calculation model of wind turbine generator is established by using heat transfer correlation formula based on the motor temperature calculation model method of operating state parameters.The fitting effect of the established model is verified by selecting the running data of a typhoon motor group in the whole year,and compared with other stator temperature models.The model coefficients of the stator temperature calculation model are identified and the standard value calculation model of stator temperature is determined.Finally,the application of stator temperature standard calculation model in state monitoring is verified by using the operation data of wind turbine before and after shutdown.This paper carries out research work on the operating environment,operating status and status monitoring of permanent magnet synchronous wind turbines under the operation of mountain wind farms,which is important for improving the reliability and economy of wind power generation.The research content of this article involves key technologies in related fields,and the research results have certain engineering significance and theoretical value.
