User-friendly Design Method Of The Electronic Level

When we design a product, we design and program an interpersonalrelation and people's life style simultaneously. The more high techniqueproducts in our surroundings, the more personal emotion should be taken intoaccount. Equilibrium between high technique and high emotion symbolize thereality developing level of material and spirit. Therefore, the meaning ofhuman nature design had to display its importance more and more along withthe development of society. The concept of humanized design is conformed towhat the times request. Man-machine engineering is an important theoriesbasis of humanized design. In this thesis, a humanized design method, whichis based on the ergonomics and utilized in an actual item of electronics levelinstrument, is put forward.Four contents are included in this thesis: 1) the introduction ofelectronics level instrument and its usage environment. The relevant analysisof ergonomic problems is also included (problems introduction); 2)summarization of the characteristic of humanized product's design; analysis ofthe impact factors of humanized design and relevant research on an actualproduct design project (problem analysis); 3) summarization of the thinkingand method of humanized design. Then, the design process for the practicalproject is guided by using above thought. Its applicability is proved by anactual example (problem solution); 4), design practice. Complete the actualdesign project using the humanization design method (confirmation).
