The development of high-speed aircrafts provides a powerful impetus to thedevelopment strategy of future military, space technology and constructure of weaponsystem in each country, and even every aspect of science and technology. Since theconcealing problem of infrared is one of the important and unavoiding problems in thedesign of high-speed aircrafts. This thesis takes the design of infrared concealing system of a certain high-speedaircraft as project background, consulted the study status in home and abroad, and made upthe project, which is to furnish the head of the high-speed aircraft with cooling equipmentusing liquid nitrogen and enable the infrared radiating from the head of the high-speedaircraft to become very weak. Also according to working mechanism and designingrequests, completed the whole structure design of the colded-cover, which includingmaterial choosing, constructure design of inside and outside shells and its annex, coolingsystem and connecting structure design. In order to know whether the colded-cover is satisfy the need of the workingenvironment, then computer it's the temperature field and field of stress. The thermal fieldand stress of the colded-cover of the aircraft is computed using finite element method. Thetemperature effect which has been calculated is taken as 'thermal load' forced on the body. The results show that the present design of colded-cover can meet the requirements of thehigh-speed aircraft.
