| The quality of the aggregate in the asphalt mixture accounts for about 95,The properties of the aggregate particles play a very important role in the engineering characteristics of the mixture,In particular,the shape of the aggregate particles is an important factor that constitutes the skeleton structure of the mixture,It directly affects the interaction between the asphalt and aggregate particles,and affects the shear strength,high temperature stability,and water stability of the asphalt mixture,which has a vital impact on the road performance of the asphalt mixture.At present,it is not possible to directly and quickly detect the shape of aggregate particles,and there is a lack of a unified evaluation standard for aggregate particles of needle flake particle content qualified.This paper which takes stacked aggregate particles as the research object,through processing and analysis of the images of stacked aggregate particles,obtained the geometric parameters and other information of the particles on the surface of the stacked aggregate,and achieved rapid detection of aggregate particle shape and quantitative evaluation of aggregate particle shape.Based on digital image processing technology and the shape factor of aggregate particles to study on shape of aggregate particles,using a combination of theoretical research and laboratory experimental verification,this paper used image processing technology to perform gray scale conversion,histogram equalization and Gaussian highpass filtering,binary processing,morphological processing,watershed segmentation,convex shell processing,through that a series of image processing technology to obtain geometric parameters,the shape factor of the equivalent ellipse of the aggregate,and the type of aggregate shape,calculating the standard deviation of the shape factor to evaluate the aggregate particle,hereafter comparing the analysis results to ensure evaluation criteria for the shape of the aggregate particles,and designing the system program software to achieve the real-time detection and evaluation system of aggregate particle shape.The main conclusions: using histogram-based equalization and Gaussian high-pass filtering can quickly extract the contours of aggregate particles,which has good fidelity;using digital image processing technology can successfully achieve stacking aggregate image segmentation and recognition,the surface particles of the original aggregate image are better reflected;the type of stone particle shape can be quickly determined by the shape factor of the equivalent ellipse of the aggregate particle;The aggregate particle shape quality evaluation standard can accurately give the shape evaluation of stacked aggregate particles and realize the quantitative characterization of the shape of the stacked aggregate particles.The compiled system software can achieve the real-time detection and evaluation of the stacked aggregate particles.This paper’s research of the rapid real-time detection and evaluation technology of the shape of stacked aggregates studied has a important support in the quality control technology of asphalt mixtures. |
