The worldwide digital technology has great and abroad influence on the field of medicine, and the equipment of medical imaging has the great trends of being digital and networked.The image of Digital X-Ray Fluoroscopy has low contrast and blurred edge. The detail of image is difficult to be observed, and it is hard to be diagnosed. Thus there is great need to have a real-time image processor to do some noise reduction and image enhancement with the image of digital X-Ray Fluoroscopy, and the image is made to come up to the standard of medicine.The kernel of the real-time image processor is FPGA, which cooperates with DSP in this dissertation. With the help of DSP, FPGA in the instrument of VHDL language and the chart of principle has the function of accumulation of images of in sequence, gray-scale transformation, improved histogram Equalization, homogeneous background processing and so on. The image processor has carried out the noise reduction and image enhancement with the image of digital X-Ray. In the display, the image processed by the real-time image processor is clear-out, with better contrast and brightness, and it had accorded with the standard of diagnosis.
