The Existing Buildings Of Concrete Structures In Disease Research, Testing And Evaluation

There are large scale structures in our country, which need or will be needed to maintain, consolidate and renovate owing to complicated reasons such as itself deterioration by loading effect and ambient attack or function change of building within service life. It can be forcasted that the phase of large scale renovation for exsited structures comes soon in our country. Therefore, it is of great importance for studying the technology of inspection, health consultation and reliability evaluation of existed structures. On basis of existed achievements, this paper investigated the inspecting and assessing technology of deterioration of concrete structures with regards to common environment condition and the corresponding practical technology.In terms of the severity of concrete structure durability and the blindness of maintainance and reinforcement for deterioration of existed structures, this paper proposed a new inpection and evaluation method for damage of existed structure based on index of mechanical properties and durability of concrete. The content of durability for inspecting damage of structure and the corresponding techniques uner common environment were defined detailed. The evaluating principles of damage of existed structures were also expounded. And finally the prediction of residual severice life of concrete structure was investigated.The author inpsected and assessed on deterioration of Dongtang General Merchandise Building accroding to the presented methods. And the corresponding residual service life was also predicted in terms of the reliability evaluation of general environmental effect and carbonation life rule. It is proved in practice that the inspection and reliability evaluation of concrete structure of Dongtang Merchandise Building plays nonreplaceable role for its maintance and renovation.
