| With the frequent occurrence of accidents in concrete mixing plant in recent years,especially on september 3,2018,a major safety accident occurred in Hangzhou where a steel supporting structure of concrete mixing plant silo collapsed,causing direct economic losses of 8 million yuan and 4 deaths and 1 injury.More and more attention has been paid to the safety performance of steel supporting structure of concrete mixing plant silos,but at this stage,there is no safety testing and evaluation on the support structure of steel supporting structure of concrete mixing plant silos.So this article takes the silo support steel structure of 21 concrete mixing stations in Hangzhou area as the research object,and divides the silo support steel structure into three parts: on-site detection technology,structural safety assessment and structural safety reinforcement.First of all,this article summarizes and classifies the on-site inspection conditions and causes of silo support steel structures.It proposes that on-site inspection techniques can be based on investigation and data collection,foundation and structural deformation detection,integrity and stability inspection,structural corrosion detection,conduct onsite investigation in 7 steps including connection inspection and other situation detection,structural bearing capacity calculation and safety assessment.Secondly,according to the on-site inspection situation,this paper chooses midas civil finite element software,and chooses to calculate the influence of factors such as slope,lack of support and improper design of the external retaining wall on the structural safety performance.The concrete mixing silo is given by finite element calculation and analysis The support structure tilt limit needs to be increased to 4 ‰,and the lack of support needs to be based on the location and form of the lack.The safety level can be appropriately reduced as appropriate,and the external safety wall can be directly lowered by a inappropriate design.Finally,the related reinforcement treatment schemes are given for the problems of tilt,support members,corrosion and connection.In particular project examples pedestal for reinforcement,reinforcement eccentric stub,the eccentric support flange deletion process and the reinforcement is given a specific design and process design. |
